The Elbing Whitehead – also known by the names: Culbutant d’Elbing, Elbinger Weißkopf, Capitombolante in Elbing a Testa Bianca, Эльбингский цветноголовый – is a varieties derived from Prussia (Germany), especially developed in Elbing since the 19th century . Pigeons belonging to the tumbler pigeons type is quite popular in the area of origin, capable of flying well, but seems more used as a pigeon display.
