The Polish Szek Tumbler – also known by the names: Culbutant Polonais Szek, Polnischer Szek-Tümmler, Capitombolante Polacco Szek, Польский Турман-Зек – are varieties originating from the south-eastern region of Poland, which have been developed since the half- – both of the 19th century, and then intensively the development was carried out in Lviv in the early 20th century. Now varieties belonging to this type of Tumbler pigoens have been raised almost in all Polish territory, even in other countries. This variety is popular because it has great flying ability, as well as unique appearance.
