Moscow Monk – or also known by the name: Московские Монахи – is a variety that originated in Moscow (Russia), which was developed in the 20th century, and is believed to be the result of a cross between the Hamburg Helmet race and Warsaw – Polish Butterfly, polish kyrmka . This variety belonging to the tumbler pigeons type is a new variety, which was first introduced in Moscow. Until now, this variety has been the concern of quite a lot of breeders and fanciers, but it has not been developed widely, especially outside Russia. Has good flying skills, as well as a pretty attractive appearance.
