Sarajewo Roller – also known by the names: Rouleur de Sarajewo, Sarajevoroller, Rotolatore in Sarajevo, Сараево роллер – are varieties originating from Bosnia-Herzegovina (although there are notes indicating that the original was incorporated from Izmir, Turkey), which began to be developed in the first decade of the 20th century.
