Zenica Roller – or also known by the names: –Rouleur de Zenica is a variety that originates from Zenica region (Bosnia-Herzegovina), which was informed that it began to be developed in the late 1980s, as a result of crossing of varieties of Zagreb, Sarajewo, Backa, and local pigeons. Varieties classified into the tumbler-roller pigeons type have good flight ability, with appearance that is also quite typical. This variety was first exhibited in 1996, and was recognized in permanent standards in 2002.
