The Cologne Tumbler-or also known by the names: Culbutant de Cologne, Kölner Tümmler, Capitombolante in Colonia, Кельнский турман – is a varietal originating from the Netherlands, which has been developed since the late 19th century. Varieties belonging to this type of Tumbler pigeons have undergone breeding processes, especially those carried out in Cologne since 1920, which produced the present form.
