Ростовский Лебедь
Rostov Swan – also known by the name: Ростовский Лебедь – is a variety derived from the Rostov region of Don (Rostov na Donu, Russia), developed in the late 19th century, and expressed as a result of mixing of several local races. The varieties classified into this Tumbler type, are already quite popular in their home region, but are very little informed globally. This variety is said to have great flying ability, described as “sometimes disappearing from sight …”, reaching a period of 4-6 hours. In addition, it seems the aspect of appearance is also a major concern.
