The English Pouter – also known by the names: Boulant Anglais, Englischer Großkröpfer, Gozzuto Inglese, Английский большой дутыш – is an ancient race from England, informed that it has been developed since 1678, with the image that this variety has a very close kinship With Horseman Pouter, and is also a parent to modern cropper varieties now, such as Norwich and Brunner. Varieties belonging to this type cropper pigeons, initially capable of flying well, but now directed completely into a pigeon display.
