The Bernhardin Magpie – also known by the names: Bernhardiner Schecke, Pica di Bernardino, Бернхардин чистый – is an ancient varieties of ornamental pigeons from Germany, mainly widely cultivated in Franconia, which is estimated to have been done since the mid-19th century. Varieties that are classified into this type of color pigeons, preferably because of the attractive, graceful and active appearance.
