Barb pigeons – also known by the names: Barb Anglais, Indianer, Barbo (Polacco Inglese), Индиан – are ornamental pigeon varieties already known in England since the 1600s, originally thought to have been brought from the north coast of Africa . Varieties classified into this type of Wattle are believed to be related to Carrier – a pigeon post variant.
