The ornamental dove Urfali Owl – or also known by the name: Urfali, Urfali Mövchen, Çiçi, Çiçe Irki – is a variety originating from the city of Urfa, in the southeastern region of Turkey (formerly the Arab region), but has not been known since when it began to be developed (possibly a century ago -19). Varieties that are classified into this type of OWL, are actually quite popular, but are still very little informed. This variety has good flying abilities, but the aspect of its appearance is more attention. Until now, several countries in Europe still refuse to recognize the standards for this variety – considered to be the same as the Chinese Owl.
