СЛИВЕНСКИ ГЪЛЪБ Slivenski pigeon
Sliven pigeons At first glance, Sliven’s dove looks like Shumen, but has many distinctive and typical features for the breed. It has only a white necklace – very well shaped, a little wider on the chest. His body is larger and along with the tail the dove is significantly longer. There is a very well formed hood, the back of which is white. It is mainly in black with a white necklace. The tail is long, but not as broad as the Shumen. Particularly characteristic of the breed – the so-called hoarse voice typical of some of the Pazardjik, Haskovo and others bulgarian pigeons.
